Transport Damage
When goods are damaged during transit, peruse your agreement to see who is liable for damages.
Contact the transport company or your insurer to notify them of the damages.
Allow them the opportunity to inspect the goods and keep it separate from intact goods. Also keep the packaging material it was wrapped in and try to prevent the goods from sustaining further damage.
We have done many repairs for items that were damaged during road transit, even water damage and odour neutralisation from items transported in shipping containers.
